FaeryQuest Bonners Ferry Nancy Meadows
Boundary County is full of interesting people who have led fascinating lives and Nancy Meadows is no exception. Growing up in the Hollywood Hills Nancy was used to keeping company with Hollywood notables, not to mention performing with and among them. Nancy is a classically-trained singerr who learned from the best. After moving to North Idaho, she continued to meet up with people with fascinating pastimes, including close friend, Chip Johnstad. We interviewed Nancy on Boundary County Community Television and here’s a transcript of our interview
Good morning and welcome to the morning show on Boundary County Community Television Cable Channel 10. I’m Roger Idaho. This morning we have with us a very special guest – please welcome Nancy Meadows.
Nancy is with us this morning to discuss the release of her DVD Entitled Nancy Meadows presents Faeryquest.
Good morning Nancy how are you today
Nancy tell us a little bit about the ferryquest DVD.
Faeryquest dates back a number of years to a friendship I had with a gentleman by the name of Chip Johnstad.
Chip and I had been friends for some time when he introduced me to his favorite hobby of Videotaping Faerys. As you can imagine I was somewhat surprised when he shared this with me. However, I soon grew just as fascinated with videotaping Faerys as Chip. Together we taped many hours of amazing footage.
Now Nancy you say that you and Chip recorded many hours of faery footage together. Tell us a little bit about this hobby of yours.
Well as I mentioned I was initially somewhat hesitant, but as I grew to know Chip and became familiar with his technique I came to the realization that there was something very special about the faery footage and I became very excited about the project
And what was it that excited you about the project?
Well chip owned a special video camera which enabled him to record faery phenomenon. This camera, which I have with me here today in the studio has a super night shot mode unlike any other. In fact it is so special that it was removed from the market shortly after it was originally manufactured. This special camera allowed us to record one of a Kind video footage. Chip and I recorded many hours of this prior to his death. Before he died he asked me to be sure and introduce this special footage to the world.
So what did you do Nancy?
Well, I didn’t know what to do. I have no idea how to do anything with the footage or sales or marketing or anything, but it seems that everything just kind of fell into place and so I produced the DVD here in Bonners Ferry and now we have recently created a faeryquest web site.
This is fascinating Nancy. Please tell us a little bit more about Chip Johnstad
He was an amazing man. He studied psychology at the University of North Dakota where he worked with the Gestalt Institute of Canada and Esalon Institute in California, then he went on to study Remote Viewing at the Monro Institute in Virginia.
How did Chip come to discover the remarkable properties of the super night shot camera?
Purely by accudent. He was reviewing some footage he had taken using the super night shot mode and noticed unexplainable phenomenon. He discovered numerous techniques for capturing this footage and has taped literally hundreds of hours of it. Footage so unique, you can’t find it anywhere else.
Tell us a little bit about your website
The website is designed to allow people to familiarize themselves with Chip and me and get a feel for the concepts of intradimensional phenomenon and faerys. It is intended to encourage people to explore for themselves. You can become a member and login to view actual faery footage clips from the DVD video.
Tell us about the DVD – how can we get one?
The DVD tells the entire story behind Chip and the faery footage and contains 2 minutes of spectacular faery footage. We are currently sold out and are now taking advance orders for the next production run of FaeryQuest. Contact us at www.faeryquest.com for more information.
Nancy this has been a fascinating conversation. Thank you for joining us today.
